There's a lady who was a good friend of my mother. Her name was Irene Drylewski and she was a dental assistant for our family dentist when I was growing up. She was such a wonderful lady - I guess you could say she was my childhood mentor who inspired me to go into the dental hygiene profession. She died in the early 1970's and for 40 years I've been trying to get information on her death date ... especially since I've been in the Church. Her name never showed up on the Social Security Death Index. I fell to my knees in thanksgiving today!! Using this newly found website, I not only found her name but her newspaper obituary! From that I found more information about her parents and siblings - all have since passed away. I can now do her temple work and seal them all as a family again. Isn't Heavenly Father's Plan wonderful?

TV Program: March 5th ...
I received an email announcing that Ancestry.com and NBC will present a new mini-series called, "Who do you think you are?" - The series begins Friday, March 5th, 8/7c. It may be interesting to watch as celebrities discover the stories of their ancestors. Such celebrities include: Sara Jessica Parker, Emmitt Smith, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Broderick, Brooke Shields, Susan Sarandon and Spike Lee. Here is a link for more information:

Another website ...
Hi everyone - Here's another website that may help with your research: www.genforum.genealogy.com
At this website, you can type a name in the Forum Search, do a Surname Search, search by Region (United States or by Country) or search by any of the listed General Topics. You can do any of these searches for free but if you want to search for a "Family Tree" - you'll have to pay to subscribe.
Hope this helps!
